I like to move it, move it
She likes to move it, move it
He likes to move it, move it
You like to (“move it”)

These lyrics encompass the jovial upbeat Harambee Dancers who could indeed move it – move it!  The dancers greeted the guests at our recent benefit at the Bronx Zoo.  It was a night of good beats, unique and intriguing animals and delicious dining.  It was also a night to give thanks to all those who attended and generously gave to the Little Sisters of the poor and our elderly residents.   The lively atmosphere of the sea lion pool was most enjoyable as was the fascinating Madagascar exhibit.  Sr. Marie Louise enjoyed the peacocks that were roaming around the zoo property and our summer service students Emily and Raven had a pleasant time getting to know those who support our home.  Our raffle was a huge success and we would again like to thank all who came and supported us.
